Discovering new coffee bean appliances

Lavazza wanted to simultaneously test two distinct ideas for new coffee bean appliances: one home solution and one for supermarkets. Both should have the maintenance of the beans’ quality at their core and should provide a lock-in model.

 

The test was performed in Germany, Italy, and France to identify consumer preferences.

Tasks

The goal was to understand the level of interest of these offerings and determine what should the final solution include (or not) to fit the needs of consumers in the selected markets.
